About me

Hi!


My name is Stephane Delbecque, but everyone calls me Stef.

I have over 20 years of experience in Product Management, in California and France, in large companies, startups, and as a consultant.


I have worked for AOL, Yahoo!, ESPN, and AXA, as well as startups.

In 2009, I launched a startup in San Francisco focused on sports data.


I have recruited and managed dozens of Product Managers, met and interviewed hundreds of Product people in France, the US, and around the world.


I am now a "Product Career Coach", supporting CEOs, CPOs, and Product people with their specific challenges.


I post on LinkedIn every day, growing a community of Product followers there.

Since July 2023, I’ve been writing a newsletter on Product Management (in French).


My goal is to contribute to the emergence of new Product talents, the strengthening of existing skills, and the reskilling of professionals in the field.


From a personal standpoint, I travelled to 50+ countries.

I'm a sports fan and happy dad.
